Executors father Joseph Pain of Felmersham, George Rock of Cople merchant, and Pickering Phipps of Northampton merchant.
To wife Mary Ann all household goods and £1,000.
To servant Jonah Clarke £19.19.
To executors cottage in Felmersham occupied by Arthur Brooks to be sold; money arising to vicar and churchwardens of Felmersham to be invested for a salary for the master or mistress of Felmersham National School.
To executors messuage now occupied by testator in Felmersham and all other real estate, in trust for wife Mary Ann for life; then to son Alfred Odell Pain.
All stock etc., an Insurance Policy of £1,000 and all personal estate to executors to be sold; £1,000 to be invested for wife for life; then to be divided among children; remainder to be invested for education of children until 21.
