Opinion concerning compensation in case of non-renewal of lease for buildings and for timber; believes no claim can be made in respect of fir plantations, includes copy of letter to Commissioners of Woods showing precedent relating to plantations at Byfleet, Surrey, a Crown estate sold to the Duke of York.
