Scope and Content
Executors and trustees: Wife Mary, Reverend Edward Towersey of Bedford, clerk, and nephew James Drage of Bedford, baker, guardians of Stephen Estwick Robinson now at school at the Reverend John French's at Ware.
Desires to be buried in St. Paul's chuchyard, Bedford.
To wife £10 for mourning, and the same to Towersey and Drage for their trouble.
To wife all household goods, furniture etc., except silver watch,, 2 mourning rings, bureau and bookcase, books and wearing apparel which is to Stephen Estwick Robinson; also to wife interest on £200 Government securities; and leasehold lands in Bedford.
To mother Ann Lightwood, £5 for mourning, and an annuity of £20.
To Mary Robinson, mother of Stephen E. Robinson, now living in Coleman Alley, Bunhill Row, Middlesex, an annuity of £5, and another of £5 after the death of Ann Lightfoot, unless she marries when she is to be given £8.
To brother Thomas Estwick, interest on £300 for life; then £250 to his 4 children - Elizabeth Drage, Thomas, Mary and James Estwick, and to Ann widow of brother William deceased; after death of brother Thomas, £80 to Stephen, Frances, Sarah and Lucy, children of brother William, deceased.
Remainder to trustees untill Stephen Estwick Robinson is of age.

Codicil appointing Samuel Green, working brewer to Samuel Whitbread esq., Chiswell Street, London, executor and trustee in place of Reverend Towersey, deceased.
Witnesses: Joseph Delafield, David Jennings, Joseph Massey, clerk to Samuel Whitbread. 25 March 1776.
Codicil: To wife Mary annuity of £10 above provisions of marriage settlement to aunt Sarah Scholes if still living £10 per annum.
To Mary Robinson, £8 per annum.
