Wants to know if rents included refer to properties excluded from sale, eg. bank, dilapidations etc. allowed for? depreciation of stock? bad and doubtful debts? have rather unwillingly consented to review the figures. wants to know if there was a Private Ledger containing digest of trade books with Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets
