recites mortgages from 1672,and that of 25 January 1717/8 [see UN2-4]; death and will of Nicholas Owen; death of Ann Owen, intestate; death of her sister Mary Seymour; death of Marc Antonie and John Lloyd; death of John Padmore (devised to nephew John Padmore Perry); thus John Padmore Perry is now entitled to the principal of £2000;
recites that Richard Antonie is the only surviving son of Marc Antonie and has borrowed £3000 from Peter Holford.
