afterwards the interest of Robert Montagu and William Joyce came by several mesne assignments to Humphry Morrice of London, merchant. £6000 now being owing for principal interest; this sum by instalments John Wagstaffe reduced to £2000;
Marc Antonie then purchased fee simple of the manor of Colworth from John Wagstaffe; and borrowed £2000 from Sir Peter King in order to pay off the £2000 owing to Morrice;
17 June 1715: assignment
