Edward Chamberlain of Everton, unlawfully using a gun for the purpose of killing game. Adjudged that he will forfeit the sum of 20 shillings and shall pay that sum together with the sum of 10s for costs. If in default to be imprisoned in the new House of Correction for the space 1 calendar month. They directed 20 shillings to be paid to Samuel Danes, Overseer of the Poor in the said parish and 10s to be paid to William Giggle, the complainant.
