    James Yarrell of Sandy, convicted of the assault of John Housden. James Yarrell is adjudged to pay the sum of £4 and the sum of 18s 6d in cost. If in default of immediate payment, to be imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the New House of Correction for 2 calendar months. They direct the sum of £4 to be paid to William Skilleter of Girtford, an Overseer of the Poor for the parish and the sum of 18s 6d costs to be paid to the complainant, John Housden.
