    to wife Mary:- cottage or tenement where testator now dwells with two closes or pightles adjoining And 25 acres arable land or ley lying dispersedly in the common fields and parish of Maulden And cottage in Wilshamstead (Wilstead) And 12 acres of arable lands and ley, lying dispersedly in the common fields of Wilshamstead (Wilstead) (now in occupation of widow Lawman or her assigns) And 3 cottages or tenements with ground and premises belonging, now in occupations of John Pryor, John Radley and Henry Cary And all the testator’s other messuages, lands or tenements during her life Reversion to 5 daughters:- Mary wife of Lawrence Burr, Elizabeth Linford, Ann Linford, Frances Linford, and Ruth Linford to Mary (wife) all goods and chattels after paying debts, legacies etc. but if insufficient then the cottage at Wilshamstead (Wilstead) in occupation of Widow Lawman to Mary for ever, so she can sell it.
