Hooe Road (conveyed to Samuel Virgin 2 and 3 November 1781) ...and close, plot or parcel of land (1 acre 3 roods 20 perches) in Marston Moretaine in a field which was at Marston Moretaine Enclosure called Hill Field abutting S. land of __Sheard, E. lands of John Foster esquire (conveyed to Samuel Virgin 20 and 21 December 1799) ...and messuage, cottage or tenement in Wroxhill, Marston Moretaine containing together with the close and pightle of pasture ground adjoining (9 acres) commonly called Pinnock End Close abutting E. and S. land heretofore of Nicholas Price and now or late of [?]; NW. land heretofore of George Woodcroft and now or late of [?] and common green, SE. land formerly of Nicholas Price and now or late of [?] ...and pightle of Pasture in Wroxhill. Marston Moretaine (3 roods), heretofore in occupation of Stephen Taylor and since of William Burridge ...and toft or piece of ground whereon formerly stood a cottage in Marston Moretaine ...and 3 acres of pasture ground near to it formerly also in tenure of William Burridge, his undertenants and assigns (above formerly estate of Stephen Taylor) ...and plot or allotment of land in Sexhill Field, parish of Marston Moretaine (4 acres 3 roods 19 perches) awarded by Marston Moretaine enclosure abutting E. 2nd allotment to Daniel Beaumont and exchanged with Ann Bosworth, SE. old inclosure now or late belonging, part of SW. allotment to William Baker; and on every other part by old inclosure belonging to Ann Bosworth (Fencing clause) ...and East part of Close or piece of old inclosure called Smith’s Close (3 roods 33 perches) as was awarded at Inclosure and now fenced remaining part of close; abutting N. old inclosure belonging to Ann Bosworth (premises above), E. lane leading from the farm house at Sexhill, S.
