And garden ground adjoining river and meadow on other side of river (1 acre 3 roods 14 perches) right of lessee to pass over Ivel Hotel and through gateway to above premises Rent £33 per annum 29 Sep 1897 Lease for 21 years parties as above Messuage and Hotel called “Ivel Hotel”, Shortmead Street, Biggleswade in occupation of lessee with yard and outbuildings. Right of owner occupiers of Cycle Works to cross. Rent £22 paid 29 Sep 1897 made c.1898
