And garden ground adjoining river and meadow on other side of river (1 acre 3 roods 14 perches) right of lessee to pass over Ivel Hotel and through gateway to above premises Rent £33 per annum 29 Sep 1897 Lease for 21 years parties as above Messuage and Hotel called “Ivel Hotel”, Shortmead Street, Biggleswade in occupation of lessee with yard and outbuildings.
