    Thomas Rice of Clerkenwell appoints Mr James Huphrey of Queens Row, Brompton, Middlesex, butcher, Mr Thomas Woolcott of St. Johns St. Road, St. James, Clerkenwell, builder and Mr Richard Gee of Turvey, trustees and gives each £10 to Mr John Leadam £10, to trustees for benefit of daughter, Elizabeth Rice, on reaching 21, all sums of money due on security called ""The True Britons"" now held at the Swan Chop House on Fish St. Hill all other estate to trustees to invest in stocks and shares for benefit of children on reaching 21 and until then for their maintenance trustees to carry on business as long as they think fit.
