    To nephews Joseph and Charles Bradley (reversion to nephews Joseph, John and Benjamin Bradley of Charles’ share if he dies before he is 21) her ½ part of cottage or tenement now divided into two tenements, parish of St Peter, Bedford now in occupations of William Walson and Richard Bland her ½ part of cottage or tenement in parish of St Paul, Bedford, now in occupation of John Smith to Benjamin Bradley, nephew her ½ part of 4 acres arable in parishes of St Mary, Bedford and Cardington, now in occupation of Thomas Clayton her ½ part of pightle of pasture ground Kempston, now in occupation of Joseph Hickman to nephew John Bradley: to take all rents of “said premises” during minority of Benjamin towards Benjamin’s education and maintenance but if Benjamin dies before 21 reversion to nephews John, Joseph and Charles as tenants in common. residue to all personal estate to 4 nephews to be divided among them equally appoints nephew John Bradley and cousin John Hornbuckle joint executors of will and trustees for Benjamin’s share of her personal estate to which he will be entitled when 21 Proved Bedford 17 Jul 1792, by John Bradley surviving executor Copy made by Charles Bailey
