And messuage or Inn called “The George”, parish of St Paul, Bedford now in occupation of Herbert Lawson
And shops, warehouses and buildings standing in/near the yard, belonging to the inn, now in occupation of Messrs Mugliston and Bowers, curriers
And messuage in Bedford, adjoining inn above, in occupation of John Jackson
And messuage in parish of St Paul, Bedford in occupation of Thomas Eagles
And messuage in St Mary, Bedford now in occupation of – Pettit
And shop in Butcher Row, Bedford now in occupation of Samuel George
(Chargeable with annuity of £5 per annum to Ann, wife of brother Thomas Howard to be paid into her hands half yearly
Reversions after wife’s death to nephews Thomas Howard and John Howard and 4 nieces Mary Jefferys, Emery Eastaff, Paradine Mayes and Elizabeth Howard
