    To son John Bolding, also of Ampthill, surgeon ...close of pasture ground lying in Ampthill called the “Hop Ground” and now in occupation of Mrs Mary Cooke And messuage , tenement or farm house with garden, orchard, closes, lands, commons etc. (lately purchased by testator from George Pettit) in Maulden And interest in leasehold estate held from Harrow School and now in occupation of Robert Arnold and others in Maulden And reversionary interest in White Hart, Ampthill left to him after death of his mother Martha Wyles by William Findlay £300; 4% Consolidated Annuities, all drugs in his shop, fixtures and utensils and all debts due to him in the shop books, which relate to the business of a shopkeeper or an apothecary. To daughter Ann Bolding £2000; 4% Annuities To daughter Mary Bolding £2000; 4% Annuities Conditional on discharging interest in Farm house at Wandon (Wavendon), Buckinghamshire and Aspley Guise, (left to them by the will of Richard Smith) To their mother Ann Bolding for life, reversion to his son John and daughter Ann 1 share in Grand Junction Canal To daughter Elizabeth Phipps wife of Abraham Phipps £500; 3% Consolidated Annuities (left by will of sister James) for herself Residue to Ann for life – reversion to 4 children above
