- Scope and ContentTo wife Sarah, cottage in Flitton in own occupation with barns, orchard or pightle of pasture, and 4½ acres arable in common fields of Flitton. On her decease or remarriage, the cottage, close and 4½ acres to be divided between son Peter Bonner and daughter Mary Bonner, i.e. Mary Bonner to have the part of the cottage that stands next the ground of Henry Duke of Kent, containing one room below stairs with the chamber over it, with chimneys and fire hearths, and the shop and two barns on that side of the yard; Peter Bonner to have the other part, with yard orchard and close divided equally between them.
