To brother Edward and brother-in-law James Lacy, moiety of freehold estate at Beadlow, Clophill, for maintenance of wife Sarah as long as she remain unmarried, and of children; reversion to brothers and sisters Mary, Edward, James, Thomas, Elizabeth, and Joseph Horn and Sarah Wells
On John Horne’s death, wife Sarah married John Wynne; she is now dead, and John Wynne has applied for 1/3 of the personal property. One of the 2 children has since died, and the other is aged 18.
