To nephew William Everitt £20 and “all my sheepe” and “Reynolds his books upon the 110th Psalme”. To sister Frances Everitt £5 and mother’s ring. To brother Everitt a 10s piece of gold. To cousin Whittamore 25s and to all her children 5s apiece. To kinsmen Humphrey and William Tomlinson 10s apiece. To poor of Ampthill 20s. To Joan Farnell 5s. To wife of John Flawne 5s. Residue to kinswoman Joan Everitt, executrix, who if she marry before Thomas Burton is 21 shall entrust his legacy to trustees nominated by Thomas Arnald senior.
