To son Richard lands in Bow Brickhill in occupation of Charles Hore; also 7 acres 1 rood in fields of Steppingley purchased of – Bunnions; also 3 cottages in Peaks End, Steppingley, in occupation of Widow Gurney, wife of John Farmer, and Mary Quick. To daughter Mary Line a messuage in Steppingley with close adjoining in occupation of Thomas Rogers; also £100. To daughter Judith Line a cottage in Steppingley in which she lives, and a tenement in occupation of Mary White, widow; also £100 [inserted]; To daughter Ann Beechiner and her heirs (Thomas Cook inserted) a messuage at Eversholt in occupation John Smith and John Whitebread; and £30; To 4 grandchildren William, Thomas, James and Sarah Oliver £25 each; to children of Ann Beechiner £10 each.
