To executor Thomas Jones of Lidlington £10 To William Clerk D.D., Thomas Hackett esquire of North Crawley, Henry Tite late of Buckinghamshire, Richard Kilpin and John Seabrook of North Crawley, John Aldridge, Richard Fowkes grocer, George Webb innholder, Jeremy Bayley yeoman, Richard Farnell blacksmith, of Ampthill: ... a close of 12 acres in Marston Moretaine, late in occupation Thomas Crawley, adjoining lands of Oliver Butler esquire and Oliver Butler, baronet. Two-thirds of the income are to go to North Crawley to apprentice a poor child; and one-third to augment the living of the rector of Ampthill. The four surviving feoffees shall appoint six others, who are to be free or copyholders of North Crawley and Ampthill. Various sums to relations (similar to WE1217 but with some additions); also to Winefred Capell, widow, late wife of Edward Capell of London; to Simon and son Luke Pickering of Wootton; to Jane Cook of Grafton; to Gilbert and John Pickering, grandchildren of brother John Mobly; to William Wilson son of William Wilson of Compton; and to John Hopkins son of John Hopkins of Compton.
