    “recommending my soul to the hands of my Gracious God”etc. To daughter Elizabeth Fisher messuage in Ampthill adjoining cottage in occupation of Richard Gray, now in occupation of Mr Courtman; 2 cottages in Ridgmont in occupation of – Barnwell and widow Newman, close of pasture adjoining. 11½ acres in the common fields of Ridgmont. To daughter Fisher ½ dozen good flaxen sheets. To son William Fisher £200, “a cane that Major Headley left me”. To son Richard Bestman £100. To grandson Best Fisher £20, “out of my House in Church Street, Ampthill”. To son and daughter Fisher, son and daughter Bestman, money for mourning. To daughter Anne Best (executrix) The Kings Arms, Ampthill, to be sold to Thomas Coote for daughters Anne and Rachael, to whom house in Church Street, Ampthill and residue of estate.
