Sets out the position which is that Stafford & Rogers arranged for repairs to be undertaken at Broom Hall by Mr Sharpe, the cost to be bourne by Duberley and Foster in agreed amounts. Stafford & Rogers paid Sharpe's account, but omitted to charge the amount against Duberly and Foster, and are now trying to obtain the sums due. Winter Bothamley & Co request additional details.
