Recites Will of said William Astrey, dated 12 May 1758, whereby he devised to said William Ward until Francis Astrey Ward should reach age of 18:- A cottage in Maulden at a place called Snow Hill, then in occupation of John Hill
... 22½ acres of garden ground late in occupation of said Francis Astrey Ward and now of William Bandy (part of a piece of ground belonging to said cottage, late in occupation of Mary Cook widow (now the cottage is in occupation of James Ward), upon which the said William Bandy has now erected a little house). (To hold to the said William Bandy for ever).
