Also death of Thomas Parrish (the father of Thomas Parrish, party hereto) on 18 December 1852, and his Will dated 18 October 1832, proved by his sons, the said Thomas and James Thomas Parrish (executors) on 25 March 1853 in Archdeaconry Court of Bedford; and also that £70 is owing on the said Mortgages (WE1013 and WE1014)]. ...The 2 cottages in Maulden [as in WE1013]. (To hold to said Charles Moore to such uses as he may appoint; and in default of such appointment, to use of said Charles Moore during his life; and after determination of that estate to use of said William Frederick Green during life of Charles Moore in trust for him and his assigns; and then to use of Charles Moore his heirs and assigns for ever).
