Devises all his real estate in the Counties of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, to his son-in-law Henry Ashby of Staines (county Middlesex), gentleman and daughter Mary Ann Morris, in trust for sale, and also all his personal estate, so that all his estate, after payment of debts, shall be divided amongst his 5 children, John Morris, Sophia Ashby (wife of said Henry Ashby), Mary Ann Morris, Jane Morris and Catherine Morris. Witnesses: S Davis, J Townsend and Charles Austin
