... Devises to wife Mary, his dwelling house lately erected on an allotment in Ampthill Warren, now in occupation of John Flowers, which adjoins a messuage in occupation of [blank] Wilcox towards N. To son William, and sons-in-law William Faldor and Thomas Cook, farmers, his water corn-mill, with appurtenant messuages and lands in Ampthill, called Doolittle Mill; in trust for grandson Robert Arnold (son of William Arnold) and heirs, and granddaughter Sarah Arnold (daughter of William Arnold), and grandson Robert Faldor (son of William Faldor). Also to son William Arnold, all his messuages and lands in Ampthill, Maulden and Steppingley; charged with payment to daughter Mary. Bequests to daughters Hannah Cook (wife of Thomas Cook), and Elizabeth Cook (wife of Matthew Cook).
Executors: William Arnold, William Faldor and ThomasCook.
