Two water-mills under one roof, called Dolittle Mill (one wheat mill and one corn and grist mill). with their tackle and furniture, 2 french stones (18½´´ thick), and the peak stone 7½´´thick); the dwellinghouse adjoining; and the millbank and pond, containing 2 acres; all in Ampthill, late in occupation of Samuel Everit, and now of said Henry Cooper.
