    ... Devises all real estate to wife Martha, and grants her an annuity of £100, for life. Then, in event of failure of issue, to brother Thomas White, all his property in Ampthill and Steppingley, and male issue; and then to Mary White (daughter of Thomas White); and then to Oliver Humphrys of Clerkenwell, brewer, and Henry Spurling of Tottenham, esquire, in trust for sale. His property in Cardington to be charged with payment of 50s to the Poor of Silsoe, and of Flittharding. Directs his brother Thomas to convey all his lands in Barton. Devises all his property in Cardington and Flitwick, to brother Thomas; charged with annuities to aunt Judith Stone, uncle Farry, and sister Judith Fletcher. Bequests to sister Jane Fletcher and husband, sister Judith Beiment and her 8 children, sister Wood and her 8 children, niece Sarah (daughter of sister Bishop, now wife of Mr Lloyd), Elizabeth Bristow and Jane Shepherd (2 other daughters of sister Bishop), William, Thomas, John, Edward and Sarah Best (daughter and sons of sister Ann Best), brothers-in-law Thomas Bishop and John Best, niece Mary White , the daughter of his late uncle John White of Mimms (county Hertfordshire), the Poor of St Sepulchres parish (county Middlesex), Edward Farry of Flitwick, father-in-law Mr Mead and his children Richard and Hester Mead, Oliver and Robert Humphrys and their wives, James Farnell and wife, Joseph Dickenson and wife, Thomas and James Turner, Captain Laws, Captain Lowther and William Parker, Alexander Tilcock (son of late aunt Sarah Tilcock) and his sister, and to brother Thomas White.
