A cottage (formerly divided into 2 tenements) situate in the S. end of Ampthill, formerly in occupation of John Carter and Henry Potter, a part of which was pulled down and made into one tenement, and then again converted into two tenements, formerly in occupation of Francis Henson and John Kingston, and now of Clark Willcox; and also a piece of ground adjoining, (purchased by Thomas Lister, together with the messuage, from Richard Farnel, and conveyed to William Henson), separated from ground by a wall from the gable end of the said tenement to the pales of the burying ground of the people called Quakers; and 2 allotments of 7 perches and 27 perches in Ampthill Warren. and 3 messuages lately erected on the latter; the allotment of 7 perches, with a messuage now being erected on it; and the allotment of 27 perches, with 6 messuages erected thereon, in occupation of Martha Elliott, John Clark, Thomas Stapleton, Francis Brown, William Manton and Clark Wilcox.
