Formed in 1952 by amalgamation of Bedford St Pauls (MB1/BSP) and Hassett Street (MB1/BHS) Circuits. In 2010 combined with Bedford South and Ampthill (MB1/ BSA), and Biggleswade (MB1/BG) to form the North Bedfordshire Circuit (MB1/NB).
Churches: Bedford St Paul's (closed 1968); Bedford Bromham Road (closed 1955); Bedford Hassett Street (closed 1959); Bedford Newnham Avenue (closed 1968); Bedford Park Road; Bedford Priory (opened 1969, replaced St Paul's and Newnham Avenue on Newnham Avenue site); Bedford Putnoe Heights (opened 1957 as replacement for Bromham Road); Bedford Wesley Hall (closed c.1980); Clapham; Felmersham, Radwell (closed by 1971); Milton Ernest (closed); Oakley; Pavenham, formerly Primitive (closed after 1998); Pavenham, formerly Wesleyan (closed 1968); Sharnbrook; Stevington (closed 1957); Turvey (closed)
