Circuit established in 1875 when Bedford and Ampthill Circuit (see MB1/BA) was divided into three. The rest transferred to the new St.Mary's (MB1/BSM) and Ampthill (MB1/AM) circuits. Amalgamated with the Hassett Street Circuit (formerly Bedford Primitive I, MB1/BHS) in 1952 to form the Bedford North Circuit (MB1/BN)
