    -Legacy of £40 to daughter Judith Eames - Copyhold messuage at Church End, with close, late the estate of Thomas Brookes and wife Grace charged with annuity of £3 - Reversion of messuage below on death of testator's wife. - Legacy of £40 to wife Elizabeth (executrix) - Annuities of £3 (on daughter Elizabeth's messuage) and £3 (on daughter Judith's messuage) - unless the daughter prefer to let her actually occupy the messuages. - Messuage at Duck End, Shillington, now divided into 2 tenements, for life, remainder to daughter Judith. 29 April 1760 Codicil : messuage bequeathed to Judith is transfered to daughter Elizabeth.
