Devises to son William Wainwright, his cottage and 2 orchards in Eversholt, and 2 acres in the Common Field, all in occupation of Jacob Allen; also 2 acres in Ampthill and 2 acres in Flitwick, in occupation of William Buncher, and 3 acres in Ampthill Field in Maulden, (all which were purchased of William Finley of Ampthill, deceased); and a cottage in Maulden, in occupation of Henry Bradford, with a pightle adjoining (1 acre), (purchased of Isaac Charles). Bequests to children, William Ruth, Jemima and Ann Wainwright.
