W Wilshere [to Samuel Whitbread II]. Severe illness of Mrs. Delme Radcliffe. Advice on the Harvey-Fisher case. Proposes that the fines be remitted, and comments adversely on Harvey. His object should be to prevent the case going again into court. If it does he should make an offer to their attorneys to settle out of court.
