    Recites Will of Samuel Whitbread, 5 Oct. 1810, leaving estates to trustees, Wilshere and Sangster. Codicil, 3 Jan. 1814, putting Shefford Hardwick estate, purchased since making his will, to same trusts. Codicil, 21 June 1815 : Debts- due to Sangster : £20,000 due to Messrs. Barnard : £15,000 due to Waldgrave : 10,300 3% Consols. all charged upon the whole of his property. Administration granted to 4 in Feb. 1816 Samuel Charles Whitbread appointed trustee in place of Sangster, & the estates were conquered to the trustees, 2 June 1818 5 has agreed to purchase part of the Shefford Hardwick estate ; the above debts have been paid. 66 acres 3 roods 19 perches in the extra parocial place called Shefford Hardwick:- Part of a close called Tylers Field 26 acres 12 perches (the other 10 acres of the close at the S.W. corner are not to be conveyed.) Little Balls Wood and Great Balls Wood, now laid together 7 acres 38 perches Twenty Acres Close, 24 acres 3 roods 37 perches Spinney at the top of round hill, 2 roods 8 perches North West part of Middle Field Close, 8 acres 4 perches all adjoining together, bounded on part of West Side by turnpike road from Shefford, and elswhere by land of 5.- being part of Shefford Hardwick Farm occupied Inskip, conveyed to Samuel Whitbread, 26 Nov. 1813 Plan included
