Recites that Elizabeth has a share in her father's estate and also £50 left to her by Nicholas Pain, when she is 21 years. John Moules late of Felmersham left his property to his daughter Mary Pain: -- Messuage with orchard in Radwell late occupied Thomas Wootton. messuage with orchard and close, in Radwell occupied by Richard Burrill. Richard Wagstaffe settles on Elizabeth: -- Messuage or farmhouse in Wilden East End; 80 acres land in the same; 2 acres meadow in East End meadow, and 1 acre in Midsummer meadow; Jordan's close (4acres) in Little field, Wilden; Little Field close (1 1/2acres) 2 1/2 acres in Little field, messuage in Wilden occupied Richard Salmon, with close adjoining; Great close (10 acres); Half close (3rods). Witnesses: George Palmer, John Marsh, Ursula Marsh.
