[Recites Will of Thomas Cook senior of Flitwick, yeoman, dated 26 Mar 1814....Devises his real estate in Flitwick and Steppingley [no details], to sons Daniel, Thomas and Matthew; in trust for payment of rents to wife Deborah; and after her decease, for sale, and payment of legacies to themselves, and his daughters Elizabeth and Deborah] ...The said property except a public-house at Flitwick called the “Crown”, with a close containing 4 acres adjoining; and the moiety of 20 perches of land in Bury End in Eversholt; which has been already conveyed, and legacies paid to Matthew and Thomas Cook, and Elizabeth (wife of the said George Cook), and Deborah (wife of John Freeman).
