On marriage of i) and ii)] ...A farmhouse at Sampshill in Westoning, late in occupation of George Olney, and now of Reverend Campion; a close adjoining containing 40 acres 1 rood 18 perches (formerly divided into several smaller closes called: The Two Acres Close, Pear Tree Hill, Wheat Close, the Pightle, The Ten Acres Close, the Eight Acres Spinney, Eight Acres Close, Lower Abrams Close and Spinney, Upper Abrams and Home Hill); also closes called Clarks Close and Spinney (11acres 1 rood 16 perches), and the Potters Close (4 acres 2 roods 12 perches), lying SW. and NW. of the first close, respectively; and also 1¾ acres in Mill Field in Westoning (allotted to J Eagles deceased, under Enclosure Award [1842]).
