To son William, farmhouse in Pavenham and land adjoining, with reservation for the use of wife Katherine during her lifetime of the parlour with all the household stuff therein, the chamber over the hall and a chest of linen in it; also to wife ""my red cow and my brown pied cow""; son William is to pay her 10s. a quarter. To son John, lease of farm from Richard Orlibeare of Hinwick, and all stock, cows, except one which William's, hogs, tilth, grain, hay, 1 bay colt, household stuff and firewood, 1 roan horse and £40; To daughter Mary £20 and 1 chest of linen in the chamber over the hall. Monetary bequests to son Thomas, son Henry, son in law Nicholas Yeorrell, to William and Elizabeth Yeorrell. To son William, executor, moveable goods remaining. Witnesses: William Crane, William Lambert.
