Scope and Content
...Devises to daughter Rebecca Osborn, all his property in Toddington, for life. Then after her decease, to grandson John, his lands dispersed in the Fields of Toddington, his freehold close called Warmark Close, and messuage therein built, and Outwood Close (purchased of [blank] Symons).
...To grandson Thomas, 2 freehold messuages at the Conger End Stile in Toddington, now in occupation of Thomas Gregory and James Wilstead; and also 2 copyhold messuages in Toddington (purchased of John Smith), in occupation of Edward Ashby junior, and John Hodgkins.
...To grandson Henry Osborn, his carpenter’s shop and blacksmith’s forge (formerly in occupation of John Hopkins junior)
...To grandsons Daniel and Joseph Osborn, 7 cottages in Toddington in occupation of Robert Witherington, Joseph Chance, John Fletcher, William Day, Benjamin Fensham, John Botsford and John Lowings (purchased of [blank] Boughton and [blank] Ivory)
...To grandson William Osborn, his 5 freehold messuages in Toddington in occupation of himself, David Eames, William Richardson, and James Bailey senior and junior.
...To granddaughter Mary Osborn, 8 copyhold messuages in Toddington, called Tuckeys, in occupation of William Fossey, Edward Holmes, John Potts junior, William Wildman, John Cook, Thomas Denton, William Ayres and Joseph Walker; and 2 freehold messuages in Toddington in occupation of Thomas Brasier and William Wootton.
