    William Felpts of Harrold lacebuyer and William Freeman of Harrold labourer, husbands of Ann and Elizabeth, daughters of Oliver Fairey, deceased, and John Pratt, Mary Orpin and Elizabeth Barley ""three subscribing witnesses to a pretended will drawn up by one Samuel Seymour Page a vile imposter but then pretended clergyman and curate of Harrold"". Declares that: Oliver Fairey at the time of the making of the will ""was delirious thro' the violence of a fever... and was not capable to give said Samuel Seymour Page proper instructions... but that the said Samuel Seymour Page invented the same"".[sic]. William Felpts and William Freeman declare that they will make no claim upon the property other than is allotted to them in a deed of partition (GA1472). Witnesses: Mary Hayes, John Cavit.
