Anne has died, the mortgage to Buur [?]has been repaid, and 1. now holds for life by courtesy and is possessed of the term of 500 years : he now assigns both these terms to his son to be merged with the inheritance. Freehold : 3 acres arable, on one of which a messuage stands and the others lie in Plashbread Furlong next land of J. Burrow South West Copyhold to be surrendered : 1 acre on which a windmill stands, held of the Manor of Shillington. 1 acre arable held of the Manor of Shillington Rectory.
