To wife Anne, house now occupied by self, house late occupied by - - ? Peacocke, and land belonging in Felmersham, for life, towards the bringing up of the children; after her death to son William. Confirms to mother, all lands in Radwell; after death to son Lawrence. To son Thomas all houses, dovehouses, orchard, garden and lands in Bedford, and interest in houses and lands in Newport Pagnall. Monetary bequests to daughter Elizabeth, daughter Anne, daughter Margaret, daughter Sibill, daughter Susan, son Thomas. To son Lawrence remainder of property in Radwell. To son William Lands called Lovell's in Felmersham, Chellington called Inglish and Hipwells, and in Pavenham field.
