Recites GA1314. -- Messuage in Chellington formerly occupied by Joseph Hill now by John Eyles, with orchard etc. adjoining; 1/2 acre adjoining formerly occupied by Benjamin Rogers, clerk; house or barn called Gutterbarn, piece of ground adjoining in Felmersham, formerly occupied by William Bodington, now by William Essex Hannah, abutting south the common street, north tenancy of Mathias Essex, west common way to Tamwell; messuage in Felmersham formerly occupied by Thomas Allen, abutting the common street south, Lees Alley east, Corn close north, messuage of Nathaniel Wood east; messuage called Cooper's in Felmersham, the Common highway south, orchard formerly Mrs Judith Orlebar's north abutting a little lane or watercourse and the rickyard late of Mrs Orlebar.
