Tenant will not, during 2 last years of the term, cross-crop or breach-crop any of the arable lands by sowing them with wheat, rye, barley or other tilth grain when the same should be sown with oats, peas, beans or vetches or other edge grain, or vice-versa (except the piece of land called Stocking, which he may cross-crop) Tenant may convert Bradmore Close to tillage, if he lays it back to pasture 2 years before the end of the lease.
