Bedford, Brickhill Estate Plan of the proposed road network including the following roads built in the early stages of the development, circa 1957-1961: Brickill Drive, Falcon Avenue, Fulmer Road, Larkway, Linnet Way, Mallard Hill, Martin Close, Merlin Gardens, Pipit Rise, Rooksmead, The Buntings. The unnamed roads on the plan were constructed after 1960 with minor modifications, also show the location of existing allotments, and proposed school site later Pilgrim School (see Minute 237(2), 16 January 1957, Bedford Borough Minutes, Ref: Bor BM 56 and subsequent minutes under the heading 'Housing - Brickhill' in the index).
