to Thomas and William Corbett in trust to uses:
-- mansion house Southall, and all other lands and tenements of Pattee Byng.
-- capital messuage to use of Margaret for life, and this house (subject to this life estate) and all other lands and tenements to use of Pattee, Viscount Torrington for life, then to heirs male, remainder to George and other brothers successively in tail male, remainder to daughters of of Pattee, then to daughters of other brothers successively in equal shares, remainder to Sarah Osborne, widow, only daughter of George late Viscount Torrington, remainder to Sir Danvers Osborne baronet late son of Sarah Osborne, and heirs male, remainder to his daughters in equal shares, remainder to Pattee Byng and heirs in fee.

George his brother died April 1750, leaving two sons George, now viscount, and John both infants.
Margaret, dowager Lady Torrington died 2 April 1756.
George came of age Hilary Term, 1762 and suffered a recovery.

demise to George father of Pattee
-- piece of land near the Privy Garden , Whitehall, on which George built a large messuage and devised same (will 8 July 1732) to his son.

-- demise of same to Pattee for 30 years from 26 June 1753, devised (will 9 August 1744) to wife Charlotte, with all furniture and household goods for life, then to son or daughter if one living, remainder to such of his father’s descendants as wife should think fit.
If no son, he also devised furniture, pictures, books, etc. at Southill house (after his mother’s decease) to nephew George Byng, son of brother George, remainder to John the other son, of George, remainder to other sons of George, remainder to George son of Robert Byng.
also bequeathed to his wife with remainder to George son of George the inlaid box, gift of Cosmo, Grand Duke of Tuscany, and his picture, to be preserved as family heirlooms in remembrance of kindness he and brother Matthew received from the Grand Duke when they had their early education in his country, remainder to George son of Robert, remainder to next heir and head of family
codicil: 14 January 1746:
-- after decease of wife he bequeathed the books and prints at Whitehall and Southill to brother George for life, then to son George, and likewise the box and picture.
