To cousin Samuel Plackett junior of Ampthill weaver, messuage in Stevington with 5 acre adjoining, 24 acres land in Stevington,
3 acres in Carlton occupied by Henry Clark;
chargeable with annuity of £5 to Ann Smith of Bromham spinster.
To uncle Thomas Lawrence of Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, cordwainer, 1 acre meadow, abutting Nun close, in Stevington, occupied by Richard Poole; for life; then to Samuel Plackett.
To Ruth wife of Thomas Coe of Stevington, for life, and after to Samuel Plackett; messuage and orchard in Stevington occupied by William Lovell;
To Ann Smith ""bedstead, beds, boulsters, pillows, and all other bedding now in the chamber where I lie; also the chest of drawers
there, made of Noway oak, and 2 chests and all the linen in them and all firing in the yard and barn"".
To ""such of the poor people of Bromham who will accept the same, one half peck loaf made of wheat flour"", to be given on the day of the funeral.
