To George Greatbatch all books and papers (except English Practical Divinity Books, to wife). To poor of Carlton, 40s. To each overseer of will, 10s. Executrix wife Ann. Overseers: Thomas Fallo (?Faldo) of Biddenham clerk, Thomas Quince of Harrold gentleman, Robert Geoffrey of (?) Turvey, yeoman. Witnesses: Richard Rands, John Stevington, David Curringham, John Tisoe. 25 April 1681. Memorandum 9 November 1683: 9 acres 1rod bought from John Morice 2 August 1683 and 1 acre bought from him 23 October 1683, to wife Anne for life and to heirs as before.
