Scope and Content
reciting will of Samuel Proctor late Dorset Street, City of London, surgeon, 22 October 1845, devising all real estate in trust to Joseph Avant and Edward Linnecar to sell after decease of wife Sarah, testator died 15 October 1849. Sarah Proctor on 29 February 1864. and William Thomsett and John Fisher Goude have since been appointed trustees in place of Avant and Linnecar, and held public auction of the following property.
-- cottage and barn and garden at junction of Silsoe and Ampthill roads Flitton (plan in margin) in the occupation of William Palmer.
William Thomsett and John Fisher Goude to James Bowen May, widow of James Bowen May not being entitled to dower out of the premises.
